SOLID CORE MODULAR SYSTEMS
Our Solidcore Modular System (SCM) utilizes the latest technology to meet or exceed your specifications in controlling RF interference. Walls are constructed of solid-core material which is "sandwiched" between two sheets of attenuation media. Various gauges of galvanized steel or copper sheets can be used to meet the necessary specifications: C1006 steel, silicon steel Mu metals and copper screening are just some of the materials we use for more unique applications
Sub Floor
A 6mil vapor barrier followed by a 1/8"thick
leveling dielectric media

Panels
Copper (3to 16 oz.) or galvanized (28 to 11 GA.) attenuation media laminated to a solid core material. All Braden galvanized enclosures carry a Class A Fire rating
The SCM Series Enclosure is comprised of the following components:
Corners
Cast, machined brass corner caps are used on inner and outer trihedral corners

Framing
1/8" zinc or architectural bronze members which, when bolted together, provide a clamping action on panel edges.
